On 15 June 2026, the Indian Development Foundation (IDF), Hyderabad, in association with ICFAI Business School (IBS), Hyderabad, organized a Blood Donation Camp to commemorate World Blood Donor Day.

The camp received an overwhelming response from students, faculty, and staff, who came together with a shared commitment to making a difference. Their enthusiastic participation reflected the spirit of compassion, social responsibility, and community service that World Blood Donor Day seeks to inspire.

Every unit of blood donated has the potential to save multiple lives, making voluntary blood donation one of the most selfless acts of humanity. The event not only helped strengthen local blood reserves but also created greater awareness about the importance of regular and voluntary blood donation.
