Today, on July 8th, Indian Development Foundation organized a session on this very real struggle with 300+ students at Delhi School of Excellence, Attapur , led by the incredible Dr. Mamtha Satish (Counseling Psychologist & Founder, The Innerworld Foundation) putting social media under the microscope.

The students weren’t passive spectators. They shared, they debated, they laughed, they reflected, and they left with a promise – It’s time to take back control!
