It was a privilege for Indian Development Foundation’s HR & Project Head, Ms. Mallika Ramchandran, to serve as an External Examiner for the Viva and Presentations of Vivekanand Education Society’s PGDM students following the successful completion of their Social Immersion Projects with NGOs.The session provided an opportunity for students to share their valuable learnings and experiences from their internships, with projects covering key areas such as education, environment, and animal welfare. The students spoke enthusiastically about their experiences and expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to engage with the social sector. Their presentations reflected the meaningful insights they gained during their internship period and the impact of their work with NGOs.

The interaction was a rewarding experience, highlighting how social immersion can help students develop empathy, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of community needs while applying their management skills in real-world settings.
