Sreeram joined the Foundation as a young man with wide-eyed enthusiasm under the guidance of Late Dr. A.R.K. Pillai, the founder of Indian Development Foundation. Over the years, he worked with unwavering dedication, passion, and focus, making significant contributions to the Foundation’s growth and success. His commitment and hard work were evident in both fundraising and operations, where he consistently delivered with excellence.
He never shied away from responsibility and always had the courage to voice his opinions with conviction and sincerity. A true people person, Sreeram enjoyed working in teams, built strong relationships across the organization, and brought warmth, humour, and positivity to the workplace. His ability to connect with people and make work enjoyable will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of working with him.
